C.No. A2/ 4602/ 2018 dated 18.06.2018 quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service and monetary benefits and grant such other further relief as this Honble Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is for the relief of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records of the 1st Respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by his in PR No E3/ PR 7 / 2018 dated 20.04.2018 and the endorsement order issued by the 2nd and the 3rd Respondents in Ref. C.No. A2/ 4602/ 2018 dated 18.06.2018 quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side.

3. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this Writ Petition, 2/5

when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025, within a specified period.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 26.09.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No (shr) 3/5
