ORDER

This application is filed by the applicant / petitioner to exempt the applicant from paying Court Fee, since the property is in favour of the Trust. 1/4

2. According to the applicant, the testator namely, R.Indirabai executed a Will and Testament dated 15.03.2021 bequeathing the property in favour of the applicant -Trust. Now the applicant filed the Original Petition for grant of Letters of Administration and seeks exemption under Section 56 of the Tamilnadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the property has been bequeathed to the Trust and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
