This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for having willfully and wantonly disobeyed the order of this Court dated 16.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22303 of 2022.

2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that Charge Sheet has been filed on 15.02.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri and the order of this Court dated 16.09.2022 has been complied with.
