The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the section of law as under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 instead of Section 294(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 in Crl.O.P.No.28662 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024.

2. Amendment ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.28662 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024 and issue fresh order copy.
