This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25099 of 2024 by an order dated 17.10.2024 passed by this Court to appear before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case is pending on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.1896 of 2024. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 08.01.2025.

3. Heard both sides. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25099 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Chennai on 08.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.
