2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Respondents that against the common order passed by the Writ Court, the Respondents have filed W.A.Nos.2791 and 2822 of 2023. It is further represented that the 2/4

petitioners have been reinstated on ad hoc basis and their position will not be disturbed till the matters are decided by the Division Bench.

3. The statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondents is hereby recorded. These Contempt Petitions are presently closed, with liberty to the petitioners to reopen the same after the outcome of the Writ Appeals pending before the Division Bench. No costs. 06.12.2024 ar 3/4
