ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents 1 & 2 submit that they have entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 10.10.2025, which is duly signed by the parties. It is also submitted that, in view of the Memorandum of Compromise, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition, and to that effect, they have also filed an Additional Joint Memo enclosing a copy of the Memorandum of Compromise.
