3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.26831 of 2023 dated 12.12.2023 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, the petitioner shall execute the sureties and comply with the conditions on or before 31.01.2024.
