This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further order" in the date of order dated 18.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11695 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11149 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., 1st week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filling of the charge sheet and thereafter shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
