ORDER

The respondent has filed this vacate stay petition stating that the petitioner had not complied with the conditional order passed by this Court, while granting interim stay namely to pay Rs.5,000/- every month to the respondent from the date of the petition along with the arrears. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to deny the said averment made by the respondent. Since the conditional order passed by this Court has been violated, the interim stay granted by this Court vide its order dated 16.06.2023 shall stand vacated.
