This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 23.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8716 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8102 of 2023 to report before the respondent on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that charge sheet has been filed 3.. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates.
