This petition is filed to condone the delay in representation of 615 days in filing the above appeal filed against the order made in M.C.O.P.No.156 of 2018 dated 22.01.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. It is made clear that the claimant/appellant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 615 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
