ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.Subramaniam J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time limit for compliance of the condition to pay the cost of Rs.500/- to High Court Legal Services Committee imposed in CMP.No.13858 of 2024 in AS.SR.No.48711 of 2024 vide order dated 03.09.2024.

In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to grant one week time to the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.500/- to High Court Legal Services Committee as imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2024. 3.
