It is submitted that the second respondent in the appeal died. 2.C.M.P.Nos.1196, 1201 & 1204 of 2024 are filed to condone the delay of 1263 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement and to bring the proposed respondents 3 to 7 on record as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent.

3.Mr.K.Sivakumar, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Sithirai Anandam submits that now they have instructions from the legal heirs of the second respondent to appear on their behalf.

4.Learned counsel for the first respondent and also representing for the proposed respondents 3 to 7 has no objection in ordering these petitions. 5.Perused the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the reasons, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. 6.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
