The learned Addl.Advocate General for the respondents would submit that as against the order dated 03.04.2023 in W.P.No.14000 of 2017, a Writ Appeal has been preferred in W.A.No.9875 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 22.04.2025, has granted interim stay until further orders.

Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal and the petitioner is at liberty to seek remedy after

conclusion of the Writ Appeal proceedings. No costs. K.SURENDER, J.
