ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the above Second Appeal. 1/3
2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent submitted that he has serious objection to this petition being allowed.
3. Though the reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are satisfactory, considering the period of delay, this Court feels that delay has to be condoned on terms.
4. Accordingly, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on condition that petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the counsel for respondent, on or before 15.12.2025.
