ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23209 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the documents placed on record.

3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to the illness of the petitioner, he was not able to surrender before the court below within a stipulated time.

4. Considering the above said facts and circumstances of the case, a period of two weeks time is hereby extended to surrender and execute sureties 2/4

before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri in Crl.O.P.No.23209 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
