ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1188 days in filing the above Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.S.R.No.64211 of 2025 against the order dated 18.11.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.2309 of 2020 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore and pass orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1188 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of Rs.2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Vellore.
