ORDER

The applicant has filed the present application to accept the English translation of the Tamil Will of Late N.Ramalingam filed in O.P.D.No.103247 of 2025, dated 15.04.1996.

2. The applicant has filed the Original Petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will executed by the deceased N.Ramalingam on 15.04.1996. The said Will is in Tamil language and therefore, the applicant isnow seeking to produce the English translation of the said Will of the deceased N.Ramalingam.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also taking note of the fact that the Will is in English, and also taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition D.No.103247 of 2025, if the same is otherwise in order and list the Original Petition in the usual course.
