This petition is filed to punish the respondent for having committed wilful contempt of the direction made by this Court, in the order dated

23.06.2023, passed in Crl.O.P.No.13895 of 2023 and further direct the respondent to act and comply with the order of this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report has been filed in this case through efiling. 3.In view of the filing of the final report, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this petition is closed. The learned Magistrate concerned is directed to take the case on file, if the final report is in order as expeditiously as possible and proceed further with the case in the manner known to law.
