ORDER
This petition has been filed by the applicants / plaintiffs to grant leave to the applicants to produce the documents, viz., certified copies of proceedings and deposition.
2. According to the applicants, at the time of filing the plaint, they failed to produce the said documents annexed in the petition and only now they are able to get those documents, therefore, filed the present application.
3. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondents / defendants to allow the present application.
4. Since the applicants have filed the application to receive the documents and now the case is at the stage of framing of issues and considering the nature of the application and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this application is allowed and the documents can be received subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
