2. When these Contempt Petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. In support of the same, he has produced a copy of the letter bearing No.FO/A1/2024, dated 15.04.2024 sent by the Finance Officer, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore to the Branch Manager, Bank of India, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore - 641 046, sanctioning payments to the petitioners.
3.The aforesaid submission made on the side of the respondent authorities, has been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
