This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2024 seeking compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh) for the death of petitioner's son in road accident.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first respondent has already paid the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- by way of cheque and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
