COMMON PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the Respondents herein, the impugned extraordinary Notification dated 13.12.2000 in Na.Ka.No.L7/8078/1999 of the first respondent herein published in Madurai District Gazette No.54 proposing to acquire the petitioners lands located in S.No.166/3, 166/4 and 166/5B, S.No166/10 and S.Nos.165/2, 166/8, 166/9 and 166/11 at Kulasekaran Kottai (Utkadai), Sanampatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk respectively and quash the same in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
