O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a 'SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "PRANA AYURVEDIC HEALTH CARE" at Door No.35/15, Municipal Colony, Veerappan Chatram, Erode-638 004, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2023

2. Heard Mr.N.Edwin Jeyakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to 2/4

the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 09.12.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
