Aggrieved by the judgment of acquittal of the respondent, the petitioner/complainant has filed the present petition seeking leave to file an appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lower appellant Court had reversed the well considered judgment of the Trial Court convicting the respondent; that the respondent had not disputed the signature and had not rebutted the statutory presumption; and that the lower appellate Court had erroneously held that the cheque was issued for a time barred debt.
