2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the plaintiff that after filing of the suit, 380 sq.ft. has been sold by the respondent.

3. In such view of the matter, there shall be an Order of interim injunction restraining the respondent from alienating, encumbering the property pending disposal of the suit.

Any transfer effected during the pendency of the suit is also subject to result of the suit.

4. With the above observation, this application is closed.

5. Post the main suit on 27.03.2024 for filing written statement by the defendant.
