This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders, which was ordered in Crl.O.P.No.19965 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court from August 2024 to December 2024 and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19965 of 2024 on 20.08.2024 in para No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
