This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(a) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24484 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 34 days. He further submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 6(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24484 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, on the 3rd working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
