This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "6(a)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.OP.NO.23645 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 46 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
