This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the 1/4

petitioners in para 6(b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.11507 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have complied the condition for 16 days and hence objected to modify the condition.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioners have complied the condition for 16 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of one month".
