This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police to register F.I.R. as against the accused in pursuance to the order dated 24.06.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.800 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/Police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondents/Police has already conducted investigation and has also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee on 10.10.2024.

3. Taking note of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition 2/4

is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
