This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register an FIR against the accused in pursuance of the order dated 24.06.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.831 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, and to investigate the case in accordance with the law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that a case has been registered in Crime No.772 of 2024 on 18.12.2024 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
