This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.8(b) on the petitioner by an order dated 10.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25845 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before concerned Trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
