This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 11.12.2023 in Crl.MP.No.19030 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, once in a month i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, once in two months ie., alternative first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filling of the final report.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
