This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 194 days in filing the above appeal against the decree and final order dated 06.01.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.4871 of 2019 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
