O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to forthwith conduct a proper enquiry on the representation of the petitioners dated 15.11.2024, wherein 2/5

and whereby they sought to distribute their deposits and chit amounts invested by them in the financial establishments namely (1) Sri Pavayamman Finance (2) Sri Ganga Finance (3) Sri Sangamam Finiance etc., at Mallur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.11.2024.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.11.2024, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
