This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27228 of 2024 by an order dated 29.10.2024 passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I at Kallakurichi in C.C.NO.95 of 2024. She further submitted that the case now stands posted on 31.12.2024.

3. Heard both sides. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27228 of 2024 on 29.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before learned Judicial Magistrate No.I at Kallakurichi on 31.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
