This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27204 of 2024 on 29.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the case is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I at Kallakurichi in C.C. No.102 of 2024 and it is being posted on 31.12.2024 for appearance of the accused.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27204 of 2024 on 29.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I at Kallakurichi on 31.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Court.
