This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23421 of 2024 by an order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court to appear before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23421 of 2024 on 15.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on the third working day of January, 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
