This Petition has been filed to fully relax the condition stated in para No.4 of order passed in Crl.M.P.No.14185 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16507 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
