Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Quo Warranto, directing Mr.K.Basker, the first respondent herein as the Secretary cum Administrative Officer in the Second Respondent Corporation and requiring him to show causes by what authority he claims to have, use, enjoy and perform the rights, duties and privileges of the said office as the same is illegal, violative and unconstitutional and to oust him from the public office which he holds illegally and unlawfully with immediate effect.
