ah 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation has also been completed and final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, on the third working day of January, 2025 and thereafter on the date fixed by the trial Judge. 09.12.2024 ah To 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram.
