ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that in the instant case, disciplinary action has not yet been initiated. He further fairly submitted that the 1st respondent proposes to withdraw the impugned recovery orders, and hence, the matter may be remitted to the 1st respondent for fresh consideration in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. Recording the fair submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, the impugned recovery orders dated 20.05.2025 issued by the 1st respondent are hereby quashed and the matter is remitted to the 1st respondent for fresh consideration. Further, the 1st respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, of course, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
