2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the payment of Rs.2,000/- to the Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order and list this matter on 08.10.2025.
