CMP.No.3102 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 456 days in filing a Petition to set aside abatement of the appeal proceedings A.S.No.239 of 2006 on the file of this Court on account of the death of the 2nd Respondent.

2.CMP.No.3104 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the order of abatement of the appeal proceedings A.S.No.239 of 2006 on the file of this Court on account of the death of the 2nd Respondent. 3.CMP.No.3106 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the 8th and 9th Respondents herein as legal heirs of deceased 2nd Respondent and rank them as 12th and 13th Respondents in the aforesaid A.S.No.239 of 2006 on the file of this Court.

4.Even though the Respondents were served and affidavit of service was filed, no one represented on behalf of the Respondents. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 6.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, these Petitions are ordered as prayed for. 7.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the causetitle.
