Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondents in connection with the orders passed by the 1st respondent in Memo Roc Nos. 397/04/A1 and 398/04/A1, dated 16.07.2004 and quash the same and to direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioners and regularise the period of suspension with all monetary and service benefits and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
