ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. The petitioner and the respondent became wife and husband on 07.02.2018. From the wedlock, a child was born on

20.05.2019. The husband has initiated a proceeding before the Sub Court at Srivilliputtur in HMOP.No.174 of 2023. This is a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. The petitioner/wife, who is a resident of Thiruvannamalai, finds it difficult to travel from Thiruvannamalai to Sriviliputhur for hearing. Hence, the petition for transfer.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the inconvenience caused to the wife in travelling the vast distance, HMOP.No.174 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court at Srivilliputtur and is transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Thiruvannamalai.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
