This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25873 of 2024 by order dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 31 days and investigation is completed in this matter. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25873 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
