This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26764 of 2024 by an order dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in P.R.C.No.30 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Vellore. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 17.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26764 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Vellore on 17.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
